The Disability:IN Propel Program is
designed to serve established Disability:IN Certified Service-Disabled
Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises ready to advance sustainable business growth
to a new level. This eight-month development program brings together fifty
service-disabled veteran business owners, fifty Disability:IN corporate partner
mentors, and subject-matter experts to deliver a collaborative and engaging
learning experience.
The SDV-DOBE Propel Program has two components:
1. 1. Virtual Learning
- Six
virtual one-hour webinars on topics carefully curated from our program
participants and leading business experts
- A
virtual program orientation and closing event
- Webinars
will be scheduled once per month.
2.
Mentorship
Each mentor will be paired with an SDV-DOBE owner for an eight-month mentoring relationship
designed to complement the virtual learning curriculum. Even though the
mentorship is self-paced, it is expected that the mentorship pairs meet at
least twice monthly.
A mentoring training webinar will be provided to those accepted into the program.
