NextGen Leaders Program Information Session

The Disability:IN NextGen Leaders Program is a six-month mentoring and professional development program designed for college students and recent graduates with disabilities (graduates from 2025 or later).

Join us for a virtual information session to learn how the program can help you build professional connections, explore career opportunities, and gain valuable insights from experienced industry professionals.

Recording and presentation materials will be shared with all registrants during the week following the event.

Program benefits

Participants in the NextGen Leaders Program can:

• Meet virtually twice each month for six months with a dedicated corporate mentor.
• Receive year-round notifications about internship and job opportunities through a curated LinkedIn page.
• Participate in the annual Virtual Networking event and connect with multiple partners.
• Expand professional network and gain valuable insights into recruiting and hiring processes.
• Attend monthly webinars covering topics such as disability disclosure, accommodations, interviewing, and career development.
