Disability Inclusion Research Participant Database

Purpose:

Disability:IN is building a database of individuals connected to disability — people with disabilities, employees, business partners, disability-owned business leaders, investors, students, and veterans — who are willing to be contacted about opportunities to participate in research related to disability and accessibility in business.

This research helps document the economic and workplace impact of disability inclusion, informing how businesses, investors, and policymakers understand and act on this evidence. Some studies will be qualitative (interviews, focus groups), others quantitative (surveys, questionnaires), and some may have multiple phases.

How it works:

Completing this short form (about 4 minutes) adds your information to the Disability:IN Research Database. Adding your name is optional. When a relevant study opens, we may reach out to you directly to invite your participation.  Note that participation in any individual study is always separate and optional.

Privacy and consent: The personally identifiable information you provide in your answers below, is subject to the Disability:IN Privacy Policy. Your information will be used only by Disability:IN to identify and contact you about relevant research opportunities. Adding your name is optional. You may opt out or request removal from this database at any time.
