2026 Disability:IN ERG/BRG Challenge

Thanks for participating in the 2026 E/BRG Challenge, sponsored by EY.

Responses need to be submitted by COB on March 27, 2026, and should include details of the E/BRG initiatives and actions to improve accessibility (digital or physical, internal- or external-facing), rather than actions taken by other teams or the broader organization. Responses are limited to 500 characters per question.

All responses will be reviewed anonymously. Company names will be removed prior to review, and the review panel will evaluate all submissions solely on the content of the responses we receive.

The top 3 companies will be notified on May 5th that they have been selected as finalists and will be invited to have 1-2 E/BRG representatives present in-person at the 2026 Disability:IN Global Conference & Expo in Dallas on July 28, 2026.

The representative(s) from each finalist E/BRG will present their E/BRG’s accessibility initiatives during a break-out session in front of conference attendees and a panel of judges, followed by a lightning round of questions from the judges.

Please note: By participating in the E/BRG Challenge, you understand that, if selected as a finalist, in-person conference attendance by at least one (1) E/BRG representative and preparing a 10-minute presentation as part of participating on the panel will be required.

The E/BRG Challenge winner will have the opportunity to receive their award and be recognized on stage during the morning plenary session on July 29, 2026.

Disclosure and Usage Notice:  In connection with EY’s sponsorship and support of the E/BRG Challenge, your responses provided below may be disclosed to EY.  Further, Disability:IN and EY may use your responses, deidentified/aggregated, in full or in part, in a subsequent public report or similar publication about E/BRG programs, including, but not limited to, best practices and initiatives.

Good luck!
