The Disability:IN Supplier Inclusion cohort DOBE Mentoring Advancement Program (MAP) is designed to serve Disability:IN Certified Disability Owned Business Enterprises (DOBEs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Disability Owned Business Enterprises (SDV-DOBEs) ready to advance sustainable business growth to a new level. This six-month development cohort brings together disabled veteran business owners, Disability:IN corporate partner mentors, and subject-matter experts to deliver a collaborative and engaging learning experience.
The Supplier Inclusion cohort DOBE Mentoring Advancement Program (MAP) has two components:
1. Virtual Learning & Development
- Three Focus Subject Matter Topics (each will last 2 months)
- Three virtual one-hour webinars on topics carefully curated from our program participants and leading business experts
- Mid Cohort Meet Up & Program Content (July 2026 Conference)
- Bi-Monthly Mentor Meetings
- Monthly Mentor/Mentee meetings
- A virtual program orientation and closing event
2. Mentorship
Each mentor will be paired with a DOBE owner for a six-month mentoring relationship designed to complement the virtual learning curriculum. It is expected that the mentorship pairs meet at least once monthly. A mentoring kickoff webinar will be provided to those accepted into the program.
