Thank you for your interest in serving as a mentor for
Disability:IN’s 2026 NextGen Leaders Program. Mentorship in this program is
reserved for salaried (exempt) North or South America-based employees of
Disability:IN Corporate Partner companies only; your response to this
application will aid in the assignment process to ensure that NextGen Leaders are
assigned with mentors who share common backgrounds and professional
experiences.
Please note: Completing this application is not a guarantee
that you will be assigned with a NextGen Leader and thus can participate in the
program.
Eligibility:
Mentor applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Salaried (exempt) employee of a Disability:IN Corporate Partner based in
the United States, Canada, or Central or South America.
- Fluent in written and verbal English for the
purpose of effective professional communication.
- Able to commit
2-3 hours per month from January-July 2026 to meet virtually twice monthly with
your mentee and attend a monthly mentor webinar.
Applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern
on Friday, December 12, 2025.
All applicants will be notified of their program participation status the
week of January 19, 2026, at which time those applicants who were assigned a mentee will receive an email introducing them to their NextGen Leader.
