the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion
worldwide. The 2024
Disability:IN Global Conference & Expo is considered “The Global
Corporate Disability Inclusion Event of the Year!”.
What is Matchmaking?
Disability:IN offers our corporate partners exclusive
one-on-one networking opportunities with college students and recent
graduates with disabilities. NextGen Leaders span STEM, business,
finance/accounting, communications, and other fields of study.
During the NextGen Matchmaking event, corporate partners and
NextGen Leaders will connect for 5 sessions lasting 15 minutes each, followed
by time for open networking.
Corporate partners can use the time to network with NextGen
Leaders; spread awareness about job opportunities; and chat informally with
NextGen Leaders about their background, skills, and interests.
How does my company register to participate?
Please complete the registration form below by May
31, 2024.
We recommend that whoever completes the registration form be the
person attending and participating in matchmaking. The contact listed on
the form below will be sent instructions and a schedule with the matches via
email by June 30, 2024.

Important Reminders about Matchmaking:
Companies may only participate in 1 of the 2 Matchmaking
Events held during conference. (Either Monday, July 15 from 5-6:30
p.m. Pacific Time OR Tuesday, July 16 from 4-5:30 p.m. Pacific Time)
Each registered company can bring two representatives who will meet with the NextGen Leaders. Registration is
limited and is first-come, first-served.
